Jewel Box Variation Jewel boxes and variations on the theme are the classic among boxes. Our printing-plant produces the corresponding inlays. These boxes can be used for between one and six discs. Coloured boxes and trays or other specials such as hot-foil embossing or a print design give the box an unmistakable look.

DVD Style Box The DVD-style box is the leading packaging solution for videos and games.  The standard boxes are provided in anthracite or clear, and we can also supply transparent colours or solid colours as an alternative. Depending on the specification, the boxes can take between one and six discs. Your project’s sleeves and booklets are produced in our own printing-plant.

Cardboard Wallets / Unipac The cardboard sleeve is a simple, inexpensive type of packaging with a wide range of design options and has the added benefit of being an environmentally friendly packaging material. The Unipac, the cardboard wallet with a flap offers an extra area which enables additional information to be printed. Ask about our specials, such as cardboard sleeves with rounded corners, circular window holes or paper sealing closures.

Paper Sleeves Paper sleeves are most frequently used as an inexpensive way to package CDs and DVDs, especially for covermounts and stick-on packaging (books, maga- zines, catalogues). This form of packaging saves on space and weight. A fast production run is also guaranteed. Paper sleeves, either printed or plain are available in various sizes and types, for example with a pull-off side or rear-side adhesive.

Plastic Sleeves

Plastic wallets, like their paper counterparts are a simple and inexpensive solution and can also be used for the packaging of add-ons or inserts in books or brochures for promotional or advertising purposes. The great advantage here is that the entire design on the disc is visible. Plastic wallets are available in various designs and sizes and in combination with printed paper parts.

Digipak Format Digipaks, with their numerous design and permutation options, provide an immeasurably large range of packaging solutions and are therefore enormously popular. The hard plastic mounting has become a trademark of quality in the industry. Take advantage of the different options for the number of pages, the number of discs, folding possibilities and combination of Digipaks with printed inserts and booklets. Extra-special refinements such as spot-varnishing, die-cutting, or embossing lend your product a unique and unmistakable style.

Slipcase / O-Card Each of the packaging options can be used with a slipcase, which enhances the look of your product. Slipcases are most frequently used for CD/DVD Digipaks or for collections. The slipcases can be opened on one or two edges (O-card), come in various materials, including rigid cardboard, and can be honed in a variety of ways, such as embossing and spot-varnishing.

Mailpac

The Mailpac is the ideal packaging for promotion and direct-mail supply. Made from cardboard, it is made to comply with the standard dimensions of the postal system. Due to the negligible weight, this packaging (standard one disc with booklet/letter) keeps postage costs as low as is physically possible.

Flip-Up and Flap-Lid Boxes

Flip-Up and Flap-Lid Boxes are used, more than anything else, for infotainment and edutainment products and represent a high-quality packaging solution. The exterior can be individually designed for your product information or advertisements. For packaging the contents, such as data-carriers, handbooks, advertising material etc., there is a whole range of insert options. Take advantage of various packaging enhancement options, such as embossing or varnishing. Flip-Up and Flap-Lid boxes are available in various sizes.
